The kit includes everything you need to make the cottage in the picture ( includes two trees )  as well as wood glue, superglue,  paint , paintbrush,  sandpaper,  all cut pieces of wood ( which may need a fine sand using the sandpaper) 

Full instructions with step by step photographs are included too 

all you need is a pair of scissors,  hammer, something to protect the surface you are working at , an old saucer, a piece of kitchen roll or tissue and a jar 

finished size 9cm tall x 10cm wide x 10cm deep approx 

Indoor use only & this is not a toy, so please keep away from little fingers due to the small parts

This product ( create a cottage kit ) is designed for adults over 18 as it contains super glue .. this product is not a toy and not UKCA marked therefore not recommended for children  . Indoor use only . This is not a toy therefore not safe for little fingers . Contains small pieces which could cause a choking hazard for children. Once created should only be used for decorative purposes
