The kit includes everything in a box to create this very pretty Tearoom with so many details , a blackboard with the opening times on & the signage 

size of finished piece 10cm tall x 14cm wide x 8cm deep approx

There's also the option of a white display bench riser measuring 15cm x 9cm x 6cm 

This kit is not a toy and not suitable for children due to the glue & small parts included in the kit
