Your order will be posted out by Royal mail 2nd class recorded post unless you choose to upgrade to 1st class post ( UK only) 

Ready to dispatch pieces are posted out within 1 working week 

Made to order pieces are posted out 4-5 weeks after the order is placed , we will let you know an exact time frame after the order is placed 

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IN THE RUN UP TO BUSY TIMES OF THE YEAR PARCELS CAN TAKE A LITTLE LONGER TO ARRIVE 

All of our products are packaged using recyclable materials as much as possible

We Keep records of all tracking numbers should they be required.  Royal mail only update their website once an item is delivered , therefore we don't pass on the tracking number unless requested by the customer.
