Pumpkin Patch Cottage 

Nestled in the corner of pumpkin patch farm.. Patch the Elf lives here, he likes to sneak and pick the smallest pumpkins to sell for nuts , berries , other bits and bobs ( he does swapsies rather than hard cash ) .. 

He actually works at the grotto from October once it gets busy but loves his little cottage with his bicycle living where its lovely and peaceful ( it gets pretty manic at the North Pole ) !! 

Size .. 9cm tall x 12cm deep x 12cm wide  approx
